The Warewolf

The Ware wolf

Origin
It is quite unclear from where the story of ware wolf came but it has a Deep trace in some mythologies. The very first comes from the Greek mythology. The Legend of Lycon. It is said that the son of pelasgus, angered the god Zeus when he served
him a meal made from the remains of a sacrificed boy. As a punishment Zeus turned Lycon and his sons into wolves.
Ware wolf also has it trace in Nordic folklore. The saga of Valsungs, tells the story of a father and son who discovered wolf pelts that had the power to convert people into wolves for 10 days.

The Dark Side:
If we look into the real world what people actually considered as ware wolfs many centuries back were actually mentally ill serial killers.
In 1521, Frenchman Pierre and Michel Verden allegedly swore allegiance to the devil and claimed to have an ointment that turned them into ware wolves.
Another person named  Giles Garnier also known as the " ware wolf of Dole". According to the legend stories he turned into a ware wolf and mercilessly killed and ate children.

If we dig up the past we might get hundreds of such stories of psychopaths claiming themselves as ware wolves .But I don't thing that such a monster actually exists and looks only real in fantasy.

Hey wait before we end this for today, Ware wolf are actually real!!!! No not that cannabis kind but more similar to chimps, we will look upon a rare disease in the next ware wolf post.
So stay tuned!!!
